- All sale items are final sale. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All returns will be credited with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price only.
- Return items need to be SMOKE FREE and free of fragrances, have NO STAINS (make up/deodorant) and NO signs of PET HAIR. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards.
- If you send an item back that does not meet our standards for return, we will contact you for shipping payment to send item back.
- You MUST contact us through Facebook or our email address (email@example.com) before returning.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item you are returning must meet all of our return standards that have been mentioned above.
- We can only exchange items if we have them in stock. If we do not have them in stock, please refer to our return policy.
- We will not pay shipping on items being returned to us to exchange, that is the buyers responsibility.
