I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We are currently unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item.
If you suspect the damage is a production defect, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve this!
If you purchased Route Package Protection, and your order has arrived to you damaged in transit, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.
